The Opportunity

You’ll be our first marketing hire and will own AI-powered lead generation for our fastest-growing revenue stream: AP automation for manufacturing, logistics, and distribution companies processing 500+ invoices monthly.

This is an AI-first role. You’ll use AI tools to 10x your output: AI-powered prospecting to identify ideal customers, AI-generated content at scale, AI-enhanced ad campaigns, and intelligent automation to nurture leads. You’re not replacing human creativity and strategy—you’re amplifying it with AI.

This is a high-impact role where your work directly translates to revenue. You’ll work closely with the founder to build AI-powered marketing systems from the ground up, test and iterate on campaigns, and establish doKumentive’s presence in the US market.

Success in this role means: By year-end, you’ve leveraged AI to generate a qualified pipeline that results in 21-27 new AP automation clients and 3-5 D365 FO & Business Central clients—output.

What You’ll Do

AI-Powered Prospecting & Lead Generation (50% of time)

  • AI-Enhanced List Building: Use  AI tools to identify and enrich prospect lists (finance leaders at 500+ employee manufacturing/logistics companies)
  • Intelligent Outreach: Deploy AI-powered email sequences with personalized messaging at scale
  • LinkedIn Automation: Use AI tools to automate connection requests, profile visits, and personalized outreach to 100+ prospects weekly
  • Conversation AI: Implement AI chatbots on landing pages to qualify leads 24/7 and book demos automatically
  • Predictive Scoring: Use AI to score and prioritize leads based on firmographic data and behavioral signals
  • Target: Generate 15-20 qualified leads per month by Q3 (5-8 per month in Q1-Q2 as you ramp)

AI-Accelerated Content Creation (30% of time)

  • AI Content Generation: Use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to draft LinkedIn posts, ad copy, case studies, and blog posts (you edit and refine for quality)
  • Personalized Content at Scale: Generate industry-specific messaging for manufacturing vs. logistics vs. food distribution
  • AI-Assisted Design: Use tools to create ad visuals, infographics, and social media assets
  • Video Content: Leverage AI video tools to create product demos and explainer videos without expensive production
  • SEO Optimization: Use AI SEO tools (SurferSEO, Frase) to optimize content for search rankings
  • Output: 15-20 pieces of content per week (mix of LinkedIn posts, ads, emails, landing page variants)

AI-Powered Partner Marketing (20% of time)

  • Partner Identification: Use AI research tools to identify and score potential accounting firm partners
  • Automated Outreach: Create AI-powered sequences to recruit partners at scale
  • Partner Enablement: Use AI to generate customized partner marketing materials (co-branded one-pagers, email templates)
  • Referral Tracking: Implement automated systems to track partner-sourced leads and calculate ROI

Requirements

Must Have:

  • 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience with proven ability to generate leads (SaaS, fintech, or business services preferred)
  • Hands-on AI tool experience – You’ve actually used AI for prospecting, content creation, or campaign management (not just “interested in AI”)
  • AI Prospecting Tools: Experience with Clay, Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, Smartlead, or similar platforms for building lists and automating outreach
  • AI Content Tools: Comfortable using Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar for content generation (you know how to prompt effectively and edit AI output)
  • Technical curiosity: You can learn new AI tools quickly, evaluate if they’re worth the cost, and integrate them into workflows
  • Data-driven mindset: You track everything, measure CAC religiously, and can articulate what’s working based on data
  • Self-starter mentality: You thrive with autonomy and experiment with new AI tools without needing approval for every test
  • Excellent written English (because you’ll be editing AI-generated content for quality)
